New York Stock Exchange marks 25th anniversary of 9/11

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is observing the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks with a day of remembrance. A moment of silence will be held on the trading floor at 9:20 AM ET to honor the victims.

The day’s programming includes a spotlight on the 9/11 National Day of Service and Remembrance during the Opening Bell. Former NYSE Chairman and CEO Dick Grasso will participate in NYSE Live to discuss the exchange's closing and reopening following the attacks, as well as the evolution of capital markets over the last quarter-century.

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is a sponsor of the 9/11 Day of Service initiative, with employee volunteer efforts planned in New York, Atlanta, Chicago, and Jacksonville. Additionally, the Cantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund will commemorate the anniversary during the Closing Bell.
