New York Yankees recall reliever Bradley Hanner
The New York Yankees have recalled 27-year-old reliever Bradley Hanner from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. The move comes as right-hander Kervin Castro was placed on the 15-day injured list, retroactive to August 10, due to right elbow neuritis.
Hanner, a 21st-round pick from the 2019 MLB Draft, is set for a potential major league debut following a standout season in the minor leagues.
