In Christchurch, the city is transitioning from a period of recovery following the 2011 earthquake toward a new era of cultural prominence. The completion of 16 major anchor projects, including the Te Matatiki Toi Ora Arts Centre, marks a significant milestone in the city's rebuilding efforts.
