Newcastle Jets sign Tamar Levin and Claire Henninger

The Newcastle Jets have announced two key signings for the upcoming 2026/27 Ninja A-League season.

Attacker Tamar Levin joins the club from the Central Coast Mariners. The 22-year-old previously played for Brisbane Roar and recorded 17 appearances, two goals, and one assist during the 2025/26 season. Head coach Stephen Hoyle noted Levin’s ability to create chances and her versatile movement across central and wide positions.

Additionally, the Jets have signed American goalkeeper Claire Henninger. The 26-year-old arrives following two seasons with Portuguese club Damaiense W. Henninger, who previously played for the Western Washington Vikings, is expected to provide leadership and shot-stopping presence to the squad.
