Newcastle United concluded the summer 2026 transfer window with a net spend of approximately £34.7 million. The club completed eight incoming transfers, including a £52 million signing of Nico Gonzalez from Manchester City and a £55 million deal for Matias Fernandez-Pardo. Total expenditure for incoming players reached £287.5 million.

On the departures side, the club saw 18 players leave, generating £252.8 million in total sales. Notable exits included Bruno Guimaraes to Arsenal for £75 million and Anthony Gordon to Barcelona for £70 million. Additionally, Nick Woltemade joined Juventus on a season-long loan.

During the window, Newcastle United reportedly attempted a blockbuster deal with Borussia Dortmund, offering Nick Woltemade plus a multi-million pound fee for Felix Nmecha. However, the Bundesliga club rejected the offer immediately.
