Newcastle United signs Amar Dedic and Ousmane Diabate

Newcastle United has completed two significant transfers to strengthen its squad. The club has reached an agreement with Benfica to sign 24-year-old Bosnian defender Amar Dedic for £29.5 million. Dedic, who can play on both the left and right flanks, has signed a five-year contract and will wear the number 37 shirt.

In addition to the defensive reinforcement, Newcastle has secured the signing of 18-year-old Guinean midfielder Ousmane Diabate from Gençlerbirliği. Diabate has agreed to a 4+1 year contract but will remain at the Turkish club on loan for one year to continue his development. The deal includes a mid-season recall clause and performance-based bonuses for Gençlerbirliği.
