newgen medicals launches wireless 4D neck massage device

newgen medicals has introduced a 4D wireless neck and shoulder massage device (model AX-1239) designed to simulate human hand movements. The device features movable massage elements that mimic kneading motions to target specific areas of tension.

The device includes three adjustable intensity levels—gentle, medium, and intense—along with two heat settings at 43 and 50 °C. It is powered by a 1,500 mAh Li-Ion battery, providing up to 90 minutes of cordless use via USB-C charging. The unit is secured around the neck with an adjustable 61 cm strap and weighs approximately 778 g.
