Haerin of NewJeans begins solo activities after ADOR return

Haerin, a member of the K-pop group NewJeans, has commenced her first individual activity since returning to her agency, ADOR, following a prolonged contract dispute. She will appear on the cover of the September issue of Marie Claire Korea.

The photoshoot, titled ‘The First Bloom’, was a collaborative project between Marie Claire and Dior Beauty. The pictorial features Haerin in a setting reminiscent of an old Parisian garden, showcasing her role as a global ambassador for Dior’s fashion, jewelry, and beauty lines.

This marks a significant step in the gradual resumption of official activities for NewJeans members. Following a legal battle that began in November 2024, ADOR has begun releasing new content featuring members Minji, Hanni, Haerin, and Hyein. Danielle is no longer part of the group following the termination of her contract. While this magazine cover signals a return to brand activities, ADOR has stated that specific plans for NewJeans’ musical comeback will be announced once details are finalized.
