Newmark Polska appoints Søren Rodian Olsen as Capital Markets Head

Søren Rodian Olsen has joined Newmark Polska as Executive Director and Head of Capital Markets, effective September 1. Olsen brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and financial services to the role.

In his new position, Olsen will be responsible for managing real estate market strategies and transactions, as well as providing advisory services. His background includes previous roles at Urban Partners, Logicenters, Aberdeen Immobilien, and Cushman & Wakefield within the CEE region.

Piotr Kaszyński, Managing Partner at Newmark Polska, noted that Olsen’s expertise in complex investment transactions and his relationships with domestic and international investors will strengthen the firm’s ability to support clients in a changing economic environment.
