Renaissance Technologies expands stakes in LivaNova and Insight Enterprises

Renaissance Technologies LLC disclosed in its latest 13F filing that it increased its holding in medical‑technology firm LivaNova PLC by 15.7%, bringing its position to 183,000 shares valued at about $11.6 million, or roughly 0.33% of the company. In the same filing the hedge fund reported a 31.9% rise in its stake in software‑services provider Insight Enterprises, Inc., now owning 180,573 shares worth approximately $12.1 million, representing about 0.60% of that company.

Other institutional investors also adjusted positions in both stocks during the first quarter, but Renaissance Technologies was the most notable mover, adding several thousand shares to each holding.
