Newport Beach City Council candidates debate transparency and housing

Candidates for the Newport Beach City Council participated in a forum hosted by the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce to discuss key issues including government transparency, public safety, and housing.

The election features four incumbents running for reelection against four challengers for seats in Districts 1, 3, 4, and 6.
