Nexans disclosed that it purchased a total of 6,449 of its own shares between July 30 and July 31 2026. The transactions were carried out under the company’s buyback programme published on 2 April 2026 and were executed by an investment firm on a mandate, with Natixis acting as the broker.

The company also reported its share capital as of 31 July 2026 at 43,746,793 shares, of which 43,738,474 are exercisable voting rights on Euronext Paris. Nexans reminded shareholders that any holder of 2 % or more of the share capital or voting rights must notify the company within 15 days of crossing the threshold and each additional 2 % multiple, in accordance with French commercial code article L.233‑8 II and AMF regulations.
