Nexon begins pre-registration for Mabinogi Mobile

Nexon has announced the commencement of pre-registration for its new online RPG, ‘Mabinogi Mobile’, with a planned service launch in Japan within 2026. The title is a reconstruction of the long-running ‘Mabinogi’ IP, designed for both mobile and PC platforms with cross-play support.

Developed by devCAT, the game has already seen success in South Korea, where it received the Presidential Award at the 2025 Korea Game Awards and reached number one on major app stores. The mobile version features optimized controls, including a seamless transition between portrait and landscape modes, and an automated combat system to facilitate easier play on mobile devices.

Key features include 18 distinct classes across six systems, alongside lifestyle content such as cooking, housing, and musical performance. Nexon will also showcase the game at Tokyo Game Show 2026, featuring a playable area designed to replicate the iconic village of Tir Chonaill.
