NEXOWARE to showcase autonomous AI agents at it-sa 2026

NEXOWARE will demonstrate Agentic IT-Service-Management (ITSM) through live showcases at the it-sa 2026 exhibition in Nuremberg from October 27 to 29. Using its AI Agent Platform, the company aims to show how AI agents can move beyond mere assistance to independently driving service processes.

These agents are integrated directly into IT providers' business systems, such as ITSM and ERP, allowing them to act on real business data. The technology is designed to address challenges like skilled labor shortages and increasing customer demands for rapid response times and transparent billing. The agents can handle tasks ranging from analyzing incoming emails to prioritization, resolution, and documentation.

To manage risk, the level of autonomy depends on the process risk; for example, steps involving billing require human approval, while low-risk workflows can run autonomously. All actions are logged, and the agents utilize language models operated in Europe that are GDPR-compliant, ensuring customer data is used only for execution and not for training.
