NEXOWARE Unifies Three Software Firms Under Single Brand

The German IT group NEXOWARE announced that three of its subsidiaries will merge and operate under the single NEXOWARE brand. The consolidation follows the brand’s introduction last November and brings together the ERP specialist c‑entron (joined 2022), the IT‑service‑management platform DocBee (added 2024), and the e‑commerce solution ElectronicSales (acquired 2025). While docuFORM, a document‑output specialist, remains a separate legal entity within the group, all three companies will share a common integration layer (NEXOWARE Connect) and AI‑driven automation platform.

The unified brand aims to simplify processes for customers, offer a consistent product portfolio for ERP, ITSM and commerce, and provide a single point of contact for IT system houses and managed‑service providers across the DACH region. The move is positioned as a growth driver for the group, enabling coordinated product development, sales and partner programmes under the NEXOWARE name.
