Nexperia reports Q3 2026 revenue growth to $389 million

Nexperia has announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2026, marking a consecutive quarter of revenue growth. Revenue reached $389 million, representing a 9.3 percent increase from the $356 million reported in Q2 2026.

Net cash from operating activities reached $55 million during the quarter, bringing total cash and cash equivalents to $446 million. The company attributed long-term demand to electrification, industrial automation, energy infrastructure, and power-management requirements for AI data center infrastructure.

Interim CEO Stefan Tilger noted that while Nexperia China's continued operation outside the company's governance framework has significantly impacted revenue, profitability, and operations, the business remains resilient. Nexperia plans to invest heavily in research and development through 2030, focusing on wide-bandgap technologies, modules, and power-management ICs.
