Neymar joins Las Vegas World Series of Poker event after Brazil’s World Cup exit

Brazilian football star Neymar, 34, appeared at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas a week after Brazil were knocked out of the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the round of 16. He entered the $10,000 No‑Limit Hold’em Six‑Handed event, a tournament he has entered repeatedly since first trying poker during the 2014 World Cup.

According to the World Poker Tour, Neymar has accumulated about $116,632 in live‑tournament earnings since 2014. In the 2026 WSOP he did not survive to the second day of Event 94. He has previously earned nearly $100,000 in an online championship in 2025.

During the same trip, Neymar travelled with influencer Bruna Biancardi. She posted Instagram photos of their Las Vegas vacation, showing the couple at the poker tables, sightseeing and celebrating with friends and family after the World Cup exit.
