Neznámi band wins second place in Zlatá Gitara poll

The Slovak country-rock band Neznámi has secured second place in the Zlatá Gitara music poll. Following a verified final vote count, the group received the award on the main stage before a live audience.

Frontman Jaroslav Šimo expressed gratitude to the fans, noting that the result validates the popularity of modern country music featuring original Slovak lyrics. The band, which has been active since 1999, is known for blending country and rock with bluegrass and pop elements, often utilizing three-part vocals.

Following their performance, the band members met with Czech singer Tomáš Klus, who offered personal congratulations backstage.
