NFI Group releases 2025 sustainability report and reports insider buying

NFI Group Inc. has released its 2025 Sustainability Report, detailing the manufacturer's environmental, social, and governance performance. A key highlight from the report is the delivery of 1,326 zero-emission buses and coaches in 2025, which accounted for nearly 30% of the company's total deliveries. Since 2015, the company has delivered a total of 5,965 zero-emission vehicles.

In separate financial activity, NFI Group Director John Christopher Sapp has increased his stake in the company through recent stock purchases. On August 13, Sapp acquired 1,900 shares at an average price of C$24.88, representing a 7.50% increase in his ownership. This followed another purchase of 1,845 shares on August 12 at an average cost of C$25.74.
