NFL expands international presence with games in Rio de Janeiro
The NFL is executing an ambitious international expansion, scheduling nine games outside the United States for the 2026 season. This record-breaking tour includes stops in Melbourne, London, Paris, Madrid, Munich, Mexico City, and Rio de Janeiro. Half of the league's 32 teams will participate in these international matchups.
In Brazil, the league will host a game at the Maracanã stadium between the Baltimore Ravens and the Dallas Cowboys. To support this presence, an official NFL store has opened in Rio de Janeiro, offering exclusive merchandise, including a “Football Meets Football” collection by Fanatics that blends NFL branding with traditional football styles. The store will also host a Super Bowl Gallery featuring historical items such as the Vince Lombardi trophy and Super Bowl championship rings.
