NFL injury updates: Lukas Van Ness and Puka Nacua listed as questionable

Several NFL players are facing injury concerns ahead of upcoming matchups. Green Bay Packers edge rusher Lukas Van Ness is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the New York Jets after being a limited participant in practice due to a concussion.

If Van Ness is unable to play, the Packers will rely on a limited rotation of inexperienced edge defenders, including Barryn Sorrell, Brenton Cox Jr., and rookie Dani Dennis-Sutton. The team may also look to the practice squad or utilize linebacker Edgerrin Cooper in more edge-focused packages to compensate for the loss of high-snap players.

In Los Angeles, Rams receiver Puka Nacua is also questionable for Monday Night Football against the New York Giants due to a hip injury. Nacua has missed practice following a psoas injury sustained during training camp. If he is inactive, the Rams may rely on Davante Adams as the primary receiver, with increased roles for tight ends Colby Parkinson and Terrance Ferguson, or potential appearances by Tutu Atwell and C. J. Daniels.
