NFL quarterbacks on Netflix’s ‘Quarterback’ discuss health and viewing

Season 3 of Netflix’s docuseries “Quarterback,” released on July 14, follows four NFL signal‑callers – Jayden Daniels, Baker Mayfield, Cam Ward and Joe Flacco – as they navigate the challenges of the 2025 season.

Flacco told WDTN’s Kayler Smith that he has not watched the series, saying, “I’ve lived it… I don’t need to hear my voice and see all those stupid things that I’m gonna cringe at.” He noted that he prefers to let family and friends fill him in.

Daniels, the Washington Commanders’ quarterback, also declined to view the show, commenting, “I heard it was a hit.” He emphasized that he is now healthy after three injuries in his sophomore year and is prepared to lead Washington’s offense again.
