NFL teams face roster changes and pressure heading into new season

As the new football season approaches, several NFL teams face significant transitions and pressure to perform. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are looking to avoid a repeat of their 2025 collapse, where a 6-2 start resulted in an 8-9 finish and a missed playoff berth. Despite fan frustration regarding the retention of head coach Todd Bowles, the team has seen the departure of franchise icons Lavonte David and Mike Evans.

In the NFC West, the Seattle Seahawks are navigating major roster and coaching changes. Following a Super Bowl victory, the team lost key players such as running back Kenneth Walker III in free agency and dealt with an ACL injury to Zach Charbonnet. The Seahawks have introduced new coaching staff, including offensive coordinator Brian Fleury, and integrated several draft picks and new signings to bolster their roster.
