Ngô Mỹ Uyên purchases 7,600m2 estate in Dallas after selling Vietnam properties

Ngô Mỹ Uyên, a former beauty queen and entertainer often referred to in the media as ‘Vietnam’s richest beauty queen’, has relocated her primary residence to the United States. Following the relocation of her parents and sisters to the U.S., she has been liquidating her high-value real estate holdings in Vietnam to consolidate resources for her family.

After selling a gold-accented villa in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City in 2017, she recently completed the sale of a 1,000m² villa in Thao Dien for approximately 70 billion VND. Using the proceeds from her Vietnamese property sales, she purchased a 7,600m² estate in Dallas, Texas, for approximately 1.29 million USD. The new property is designed to provide a spacious and private living environment for her extended family.
