Miss Vietnam 2012 Đặng Thu Thảo and her husband, businessman Nguyễn Trung Tín, reside in a penthouse exceeding 300 square meters located in a high-end apartment complex in Ho Chi Minh City.

The residence, situated on the 22nd floor, features a private garden and large glass windows that provide natural light and views of the city center. After living there since approximately 2018, the couple renovated the entire space in 2024. The updated interior follows a minimalist style with a white and beige color palette, light-colored wood flooring, and synchronized furniture to create a modern yet cozy atmosphere.
