Ng Wei Hua: Hong Kong actress overcomes financial loss

Hong Kong actress Ng Wei Hua, born in 1958, is widely recognized for her portrayal of Huang Rong in the series ‘The Return of the Condor Heroes’. During her peak, she was considered a leading beauty and talent at ATV before moving to TVB in the 1990s.

In 1989, Ng moved from Hong Kong to Taiwan with her partner to invest in real estate and hotel construction. However, the venture resulted in significant financial losses, leading to economic hardship and a period of personal struggle between 2001 and 2003. Despite these challenges, she has worked to overcome the resulting depression.
