Fernández expressed frustration on social media, claiming Eslava left him without explanation after creating false illusions about their bond. He stated that Eslava was the one who decided to end the relationship, though he claimed to be unaware of the specific reasons behind her decision.

In response, a close friend of Eslava, identified as Mayra, challenged Fernández’s version of events. Mayra alleged that Fernández owes Eslava 6,000 soles and claimed he took household items, including a bed and a television purchased by the actress, upon their separation. She further noted that Eslava had previously provided Fernández with professional opportunities by employing him as a photographer at her company.
