Ángel López Torres pauses England beach soccer coaching role

Ángel López Torres, a beach soccer specialist from Almería, has temporarily paused his role as the coach of the England national beach soccer team due to health issues.

López Torres, who has balanced his coaching duties with teaching, remains in contact with the English squad to provide remote advisory support. He noted that while active competitive work is currently on hold, he maintains a relationship with the team and is waiting for a better time to resume direct leadership. The project originally began through a connection with the team captain, who had previously played in the Spanish league.
