Nghe An offers former provincial court headquarters for lease

The former headquarters of the Nghe An Provincial People's Court is being offered for lease with a starting price of over 528 million VND per year. Spanning more than 2,110 square meters, the property is located in the center of Thanh Vinh Ward on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street.

The facility has remained largely abandoned since the court moved to a new location in 2015, and subsequently after the Vinh City People's Court vacated the site in 2021. Due to prolonged disuse, the building shows signs of deterioration, including peeling walls, ceiling leaks, and damaged glass windows.

The Nghe An Land Fund Development Center is currently managing the lease of eight surplus land plots in the area. This property carries the highest starting price among them, equivalent to approximately 44 million VND per month for a five-year lease term. This initiative is part of a broader effort by Nghe An province to manage 4,378 public land facilities, including 474 surplus sites that require processing, recovery, or transfer.
