NGM Group lists Newcastle properties for sale ahead of head office move

Newcastle Greater Mutual Group (NGM Group) has listed three properties for sale in Newcastle as part of its plan to relocate its head office. The portfolio includes the seven-storey commercial building at the corner of King and Union streets, which serves as the headquarters for Newcastle Permanent.

Additional properties in the sale include a mixed-use building on Union Street and a Newcastle Permanent branch located in the Hunter Street Mall. The group intends to move its head office and contact centre teams to a new site in Newcastle West by 2028.

The properties are being marketed via an expressions of interest campaign by Colliers Newcastle, offering various redevelopment and commercial potential for investors and developers.
