Nguyen Mai Hoa appointed Chairwoman of Vin Oil&Gas Global

Nguyen Mai Hoa has transitioned to the role of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at Vin Oil&Gas Global (VOG), according to updated business registration information from October 27, 2026. This leadership adjustment comes just 32 days after the company’s establishment on September 25, 2026.

Despite the change in title, Ms. Hoa remains the legal representative of the firm. Vin Oil&Gas Global is headquartered in Hanoi with a charter capital of 1,000 billion VND. Vingroup holds a 51% stake in the company, amounting to 510 billion VND.

A long-time Vingroup executive, Ms. Hoa previously served as a senior assistant to the Vingroup Chairman and held General Director positions at Vinpearl and VinSmart. The new entity, VOG, is registered to operate in the production of refined petroleum products, as well as the extraction of crude oil and natural gas.
