Nguyễn Hữu Việt Khuê balances sports broadcasting and math teaching

Nguyễn Hữu Việt Khuê, a prominent commentator for VTV, balances a dual career as a sports broadcaster and a mathematics teacher. Known for his work on major sporting events such as the World Cup, Euro, and ASIAD, Khuê also conducts online mathematics classes for high school students in the evenings.

The son of Professor Nguyễn Hữu Việt Hưng, Khuê was a national mathematics valedictorian. He describes his two professional roles as ‘two parallel lines’ that complement his logical thinking and communication skills. Recently, during the U23 Vietnam opening match at the ASIAD in Japan, he transitioned directly from a live broadcast session ending at 19:00 to teaching an online math class at 20:00.
