Nguyễn Lan Phương recognized for community security efforts in Bắc Ninh

Nguyễn Lan Phương, head of the Front Working Committee in the Phú Mỹ 1 residential area of Bắc Ninh, has been recognized for her proactive approach to maintaining local security and order.

Phương emphasizes the importance of grassroots officials closely monitoring neighborhoods and individual households to identify potential issues before they escalate into criminal incidents. By observing early warning signs, such as provocative behavior or threats among local youth, she has successfully worked with local police to prevent physical altercations.

She was one of 34 individuals honored at a national conference for exemplary performance in the “All People Protect Fatherland Security” movement for the 2016–2026 period.
