Nguyễn Thị Huyền and Miss Vietnam 2004 winners' life updates

More than two decades after the Miss Vietnam 2004 pageant, the lives of the top three winners have taken significantly different paths. The competition, which saw nearly 3,000 applicants, resulted in Nguyễn Thị Huyền winning the crown, with Trịnh Chân Trân as first runner-up and Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Bích as second runner-up.

Nguyễn Thị Huyền, who achieved a top 15 placement at Miss World in 2004, has transitioned from the entertainment industry to academia. After studying journalism at Middlesex University in the United Kingdom, she returned to Vietnam and focused on her studies. At age 41, she has successfully defended her doctoral thesis and currently focuses on teaching rather than pursuing a career in showbiz.

All three winners have reportedly chosen quieter lives, moving away from active participation in the arts and entertainment industry.
