This property was valued at over 7 billion VND in early 2025.

In November 2025, the family reportedly moved to a second, more spacious residence in Ninh Bình featuring a neo-classical design with white and cream tones. A third property, located in Hanoi, is reportedly valued at approximately 26 billion VND.
