Nha Trang proposes multifunctional Hon Chong Park project

Authorities in Bac Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa province, are seeking public opinion on local planning adjustments to implement the Hon Chong multifunctional park project. The proposed site covers approximately 8.18 hectares east of Pham Van Dong Street and borders the East Sea.

The adjustment plan proposes increasing the maximum building height from one story to six stories, including technical floors. While the land use coefficient is expected to rise from 0.05 to 0.3, the maximum construction density will remain at 5%.

The project aims to create a complex featuring green spaces, squares, playgrounds, outdoor sports areas, parking lots, and technical infrastructure. This development is intended to serve community cultural and recreational needs for both residents and tourists, enhancing local tourism and social infrastructure in the northern Nha Trang area.
