NHK Kids Characters and Fuji TV IP Boost Consumer Experiences in Japan
NHK is staging a multi‑area children’s‑character event at Tojo Lake Toy Kingdom from 19 September 2026 to 20 June 2027. The "Kids Studio" recreates the worlds of NHK E‑TV programmes such as "Inai Inai Baa!", "Okaasan to Issho" and "Mii Tsuketa!", offering interactive play zones, photo spots and a small admission fee of ¥500 per child.
At the same time, Fuji Consumer Products, the licensing arm of Fuji Television, opened a showcase in Aoyama, Tokyo on 4 August. The exhibition displays newly designed apparel, accessories and toys that reinterpret existing Fuji TV IP, including popular characters Gachapin and Mook, as well as the "I Love" series that mixes geographic names with graphic designs. The launch featured a party for industry guests and runs through 7 August.
