NHL coaching speculation focuses on Rick Bowness

As the NHL regular season progresses with over 70 games remaining, discussions regarding potential coaching changes are intensifying among struggling clubs. Analysts from Daily Faceoff have identified several coaches whose positions may be at risk, including Rick Bowness of the Columbus Blue Jackets, Andrew Brunette, Ryan Huska, and Jeff Blashill.

Speculation regarding Rick Bowness suggests he may depart the Columbus Blue Jackets either voluntarily or via dismissal by General Manager Don Waddell. At 71, Bowness is the oldest active head coach in the league. Reports indicate tension between Bowness and his players, noting that he has frequently criticized the team's performance during post-game press conferences. Some analysts suggest he may have lost the locker room due to his inability to motivate the roster.
