Nối trọn yêu thương program celebrates seven years of resilience stories

The humanitarian program ‘Nối trọn yêu thương’ (Connecting Love) has completed seven years of documenting stories of resilience and community contribution. Produced by the Humanitarian Television Channel with support from Tan Hiep Phat Group, the initiative highlights individuals who overcome significant adversity to serve others.

Notable featured individuals include Do Ha Cu, who transformed his passion for reading into the ‘Hope Reading Space’ project, which has grown from eight to 34 community libraries managed by people with disabilities. Other stories include Le Thi Tham, a teacher born without arms, and Le Van Cong, a prominent para-athlete who secured a gold medal at the 13th ASEAN Para Games.
