Nia Liston: The Merciless Maiden anime scheduled for early October 2026 premiere

A new promotional video for the anime adaptation of Umikaze Minamino’s light novel "Nia Liston: The Merciless Maiden" announced the series’ Japanese broadcast for early October 2026, with reports giving dates of October 6 and October 8. The production is handled by KONAMI Animation, directed by Motoki Nakanishi, with screenplay by Gigaemon Ichikawa and character design by Kana Tosaoka and Yūki Itō. The Japanese voice cast includes Honoka Inoue as Nia Liston and Fuuka Izumi as Rinokis Funk, among others.

The light novel, first posted online in 2019 and later published by Hobby Japan, has ten volumes and a manga adaptation released digitally in English via Square Enix’s Manga UP! service. A German license has not yet been announced. The series will air in Japan on the listed premiere dates.
