Nicaragua's Housing Fair to Showcase Over 60 Builders in Managua, Aug 29-30

The Sandinista government, through the Instituto de la Vivienda Urbana y Rural (INVUR), is preparing the Octava Feria Nacional de la Vivienda. The two‑day fair will take place on 29 and 30 August 2026 at the Olof Palme Convention Center in Managua, running from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

More than 60 participants—including urban developers, construction firms, material suppliers, national banks, government agencies and universities—will be present. The event aims to give Nicaraguan families direct access to information on housing options, construction technologies and financing, supporting the country’s broader economic and social development goals.
