Nicaragua's National Police and INATEC graduate 760 officers

The National Police and the National Technological Institute (INATEC) have concluded the third edition of the Angelita Morales Avilés technical and technological training program. A total of 760 members of security forces and service institutions graduated, with 128 officers completing in-person studies and 632 specializing through a virtual platform.

The program offers 60 specialized courses, including cybersecurity, administration, human talent management, Office tools, audiovisual design, Nicaraguan gastronomy, and communicative English. To date, the initiative has provided training to 10,469 participants, consisting of 5,281 women and 5,188 men.

Authorities announced the launch of the fourth edition of the program, which will continue to train police officers, firefighters, and Migration and Foreign Affairs agents to improve public service quality.
