Former General Hospital actor Nicholas Alexander Chavez has joined the cast of the action-thriller film Supermax. Produced by Amazon MGM Studios and Miramax, the film is currently in production in New South Wales, Australia.

Supermax features Will Smith and AnnaSophia Robb as FBI agents investigating a murder within a maximum-security prison. The cast also includes Andrés Almeida, Martin Bats Bradford, Erika Ringor, Jaafar Jackson, and Jason Clarke. The film is expected to receive a worldwide release on Prime Video.
