Nick Clinard named to GCAA Hall of Fame

Nick Clinard has been selected for induction into the 2026 Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) Hall of Fame. He joins Pat Goss of Northwestern, Jake Harrington of New Mexico, and Jamie Howell of Eastern Florida State College in this year’s class.

Clinard’s career includes significant success at both the University of Central Florida (UCF) and Auburn University. During his eight seasons at UCF from 2001 to 2009, he led the program to 11 tournament victories and two conference championships.

At Auburn, Clinard has achieved major national success, including two NCAA Championships (2023-24 and 2025-26) and three NCAA Regional crowns. His tenure at Auburn has seen the team win 64 tournaments, highlighted by a recent stretch where the Tigers secured seven consecutive tournament victories. The GCAA Hall of Fame induction ceremony is scheduled for December 7 in Las Vegas.
