Nick Sirianni fined $250,000 by NFL for conduct toward officials

Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni has been fined $250,000 by the NFL for conduct toward game officials. The disciplinary action follows the Eagles' 25-14 loss to the Carolina Panthers, during which Sirianni's behavior toward referees raised concerns.

During a media availability on Thursday, Sirianni declined to discuss the specifics of the fine or his conversations with the league. He addressed his personal development instead, stating that he is in a state of “constant growth” regarding his maturity and coaching.

The fine is reportedly on hold and may be repealed if Sirianni maintains good behavior. Other NFL head coaches, including Mike Vrabel and Aaron Glenn, were also fined as part of a broader league effort to address tensions between coaches, players, and officials.
