Nick Walker targets Arnold Classic title and maintains Mr. Olympia momentum

Bodybuilder Nick “The Mutant” Walker is focused on securing a second Arnold Classic title and continuing his success in professional bodybuilding. Following a victory at the 2026 Tampa Pro and a second-place finish at the 2026 Arnold Classic, Walker achieved a significant milestone by defeating Samson Dauda and Derek Lunsford to become the 20th Mr. Olympia champion.

In preparation for the 2027 Arnold Classic, Walker has implemented a machine-dominant leg training routine designed to address lower body imbalances. His current regimen includes single-leg lying leg curls, leg press, hack squats, Smith Romanian deadlifts, and bodyweight lunges, alongside targeted adduction and abduction work.
