Nico Collins cleared from injury report ahead of Texans vs. Cowboys game
Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins has been removed from the injury report ahead of the team’s Week 4 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. Collins had been sidelined for the past two weeks due to a grade 1 hamstring strain sustained during practice prior to Week 2.
After participating in limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday, Collins practiced fully on Friday. The wide receiver expressed confidence regarding his recovery, stating that the injury is “in the past” and that he is focused on executing his role for the team.
The return of Collins is considered critical for the Texans, who currently hold a 0-3 record. As a primary target for quarterback C.J. Stroud, his absence has impacted the team's aerial production over the last two games.
