AS Roma near completion of Nahuel Molina signing from Atletico Madrid
AS Roma has reached a deal with Spanish club Atletico Madrid for Argentine right‑back Nahuel Molina. The agreement includes a fixed fee of €13 million plus €4 million in bonuses, bringing the total value to about €17‑18 million. The transfer is awaiting Molina’s medical examinations before the contract can be signed.
Roma is also pursuing other attacking options. Juventus has priced Argentine winger Nico González at roughly €32 million, and Roma is reported to be willing to pay €25‑29 million, possibly on a loan basis, to acquire him. Additionally, Roma has shown interest in Torino midfielder Alessio Cacciamani; Torino’s president Urbano Cairo is asking €20‑25 million, while Roma’s initial offer was €12 million.
The club’s market activity also includes a €25 million offer with €3 million in bonuses to Feyenoord for Dutch winger Givairo Read. Roma has indicated that if the Read deal falls through, Molina would remain a primary target as an alternative.
