Nicolò Scalfi wins 50,400 euros on La Ruota della Fortuna

Nicolò Scalfi, a 28-year-old contestant from Brescia, has won 50,400 euros and an e-bike on the special episode of ‘La Ruota della Fortuna’. The episode was broadcast on Canale 5 to celebrate the 70th birthday of host Gerry Scotti.

Scalfi competed against other notable quiz show veterans, including Ferdinando Sallustio from ‘Passaparola’ and Enrico Remigio from ‘Chi vuol essere milionario?’. Scalfi, who previously gained fame on ‘Caduta Libera’ between 2018 and 2019, noted that his preparation involved practicing with crosswords. He arrived at the recording directly from an Erasmus program in Valencia, Spain.

This victory marks a significant return to the spotlight for Scalfi, who previously held a record on ‘Caduta Libera’ with 88 consecutive appearances and over 800,000 euros in winnings.
