Nicola Porcella faces criticism after nose surgery

Peruvian actor and presenter Nicola Porcella has faced significant social media criticism following a recent nose surgery performed in Monterrey. While Porcella has previously stated that aesthetic adjustments are part of his public image, his latest appearance has drawn comparisons to the character Pinocchio from online users.

The procedure was reportedly intended to address both aesthetic concerns and health issues, including breathing difficulties and structural damage resulting from a previous facial injury sustained during his participation in Ring Royale. Porcella noted that he is still in the recovery process and currently lacks full mobility in the area due to swelling.
